Terms & Conditions

• Prize includes four (4) junior group tennis sessions.
• Sessions are subject to program availability and appropriate age/playing level placement.
• Advance reservation is required. Participation cannot be guaranteed without prior confirmation from DP Tennis Academy.
• All four sessions must be redeemed within three (3) months of the raffle date.
• Prize is valid for one junior player only and may not be divided between multiple players.
• Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, merchandise, private lessons, camps, events, or other services.
• Prize may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, credit, or offer.
• Missed or cancelled sessions are subject to DP Tennis Academy’s normal cancellation and attendance policies.
• Participant must complete all required registration information and applicable waivers before taking part.
• DP Tennis Academy reserves the right to place the player in the most appropriate class based on age, experience, ability and available space.
• Program schedules, coaches and court availability are subject to change.
• Prize is non-transferable without prior approval from DP Tennis Academy.

Pickleball Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Prizes
The giveaway includes three separate pickleball prizes:

- One 60-minute private pickleball lesson with Coach Cory, for up to 4 people.
- One 60-minute private pickleball lesson with Coach Nick, for up to 4 people.
- One 90-minute beginner pickleball clinic with Coach Bruce, for up to 6 people.

Each prize will be awarded separately unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility & Entry

Open to eligible participants who complete the required giveaway entry steps. One entry per person unless otherwise advertised. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries. Each winner will receive one prize. Winners will be contacted using the information provided with their entry and may be required to respond within 7 days. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within that period, another winner may be selected.

Prize Conditions
Lessons and clinics are subject to coach and court availability and must be scheduled in advance. Prizes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit, and may not be combined with other offers. Prizes are intended for the selected winner but may be shared with additional participants up to the stated maximum group size.

All prizes must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Participants must comply with applicable club rules and reasonable coaching instructions.
Beginner Clinic
The Coach Bruce prize is designed specifically as a beginner clinic. The organizer reserves the right to recommend an appropriate alternative session if necessary for safety or suitability.

Marketing Consent
Entering the giveaway does not require consent to receive marketing communications. Participants who separately check the marketing opt-in box agree to receive news, program information, event announcements and promotional communications and may unsubscribe at any time.
General
The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, and to substitute a coach or equivalent prize if the advertised coach becomes unavailable.
This promotion is administered by DP Tennis Academy / Dana Point Tennis LLC in connection with Nellie Gail Ranch Tennis & Pickleball Club. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta have no responsibility for the promotion.
