We have a very strong Performance Program which we separate into different levels based on age and UTR.

This program operates on a monthly subscription basis and requires a valid credit card to be stored on file. Payments are automatically processed on the last day of each month for the upcoming month’s enrollment.
Enrollment reserves your child’s place in the program on an ongoing basis. Monthly fees are charged to maintain this reserved placement and are not dependent on attendance or the number of sessions attended.
Failure to attend classes, including due to vacations, illness, personal scheduling conflicts, or other absences, does not suspend enrollment or eliminate the obligation to pay monthly fees.
Monthly pricing is calculated with consideration for scheduled holidays, seasonal closures, and anticipated weather-related interruptions throughout the calendar year. As such, monthly fees remain consistent regardless of the number of sessions available in any particular month.
Participants joining partway through a billing cycle will have their initial payment prorated based on their enrollment start date. Standard monthly billing will commence with the next billing cycle.
Enrollment continues automatically until formally cancelled. Cancellations must be submitted at least 2 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Once this cancellation deadline has passed, the upcoming month’s payment is non-refundable, regardless of attendance or participation. Simply not attending classes does not constitute cancellation. Participants remain enrolled and responsible for monthly fees until a cancellation request has been received.
Participants who miss a scheduled class may attend a make-up session on another available program day within the same billing cycle, subject to availability and appropriate group placement.
Make-up sessions cannot be carried forward into future billing cycles and have no cash or refund value.
Any exceptions to these terms, including billing adjustments, refunds, or make-up arrangements, must receive prior written approval from the Director of Tennis.
By enrolling in the program, parents or guardians acknowledge and agree to these terms, including the automatic recurring billing arrangement and the requirement to formally cancel enrollment to stop future charges.
